Shopify CSV: "variant already exists" / duplicate variants

What's happening: Two rows of the same product have identical option values, so Shopify sees the same variant twice.

How to fix it

1. Find rows with the same Handle and the same Option1/2/3 Values.
2. Delete one, or change its option value (often a trailing space: "M" vs "M " count as different values but look the same).
3. Re-import.
