Shopify CSV: blank Variant Price

What's happening: A variant row has option values but no Variant Price, so that variant fails or imports at 0.

How to fix it

1. Every variant row needs its own Variant Price. It isn't copied down from the first row.
2. Use plain numbers: 19.99, not $19.99 or 19,99.
3. Compare-at price, if set, should be higher than the price.
