Shopify CSV: columns shifted / values in the wrong column

What's happening: One row has more or fewer fields than the header, usually from an unquoted comma or a line break inside a description, so every value after it lands in the wrong column.

How to fix it

1. Look for descriptions with commas or line breaks that aren't wrapped in double quotes.
2. Wrap that field in quotes, or re-save from Google Sheets / Excel as CSV UTF-8, which quotes it for you.
3. Don't hand-edit CSVs in a plain text editor that strips quotes.
