What it checks

Handles
Blank handles on variant rows, spaces/capitals, two products sharing one handle, a product's rows split across the file.
Variants & options
Option values with no option name, missing values, duplicate variants ("variant already exists"), option names only on later rows.
Image URLs

Do you see my products?

No. The file is read and fixed by code running in your browser tab. It isn't sent anywhere. The only thing that touches our server is a check that your payment went through.

Which CSV formats work?

Shopify's product CSV in both the classic export ("Variant Price", "Image Src") and the newer one ("URL handle", "Price"). Fixes follow Shopify's documented product CSV schema.

Will the corrected file import 100%?

It fixes the structural problems that make imports fail. A few things can't be rebuilt from the file (for example barcodes Excel already turned into scientific notation); those are flagged so you fix them at the source. If it doesn't help, email us within 7 days for a full refund.
